Additional Conditions
1. The above rates are applicable for SEZ Units.
2. For outside parties, GST will be charged additionally as applicable under GST rules.
3. Conference Hall (Full Day): If time limit exceeds 5:00 PM, an additional charge of ₹1,250 per hour will be applicable.
4. Banquet Hall (Half Day): If the booking exceeds the half-day time, additional charges will be applicable.
5. Display & Exhibition Area: If time limit exceeds 5:00 PM, an additional charge of ₹1,250 per hour will be applicable.
6. Food Court Display Area: If time limit exceeds 5:00 PM, an additional charge of ₹375 per hour will be applicable.
